Relaxing tai-chi

hey! im here to learn you some tai-chi, it helps me relax and calm down, it also helps to clear your mind! just a few tips before you get started;
Tip 1: dont rush things, take it slow!
Tip 2: breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth
Tip 3: take of all your accesoires and change into something simple but comfortable, belly must be nude!
Tip 4: play some music sounds like raindrops or waves it helps you relax, no bird sounds! they are to random and triggers a part of your brain that causes fustration or stress!

This is the starting position for this routine.

From the starting position, push your hands forward as if youre pushing the negative energy away.

Bring your hands back and form a ball of positive energy

Now place your hands like the picture but you must keep the energy or ball between your hands!

Now move your right hand up and your left hand down, merely touching the energy, dont do this fast and keep your hands in a straight line!
Now hold your energy in a ball again. Do the 2 moves shown above again but then with your left hand up etc..
repeat 3 times. 

So now you take that energy and stretch it like the picture.

Form the stretched energy back into a ball

Now stretch the energy again, like th picture.
Form back into a ball once again.

take the ball and push it to the side, lean your body to the other side

face forward again

take your ball to the other side leaning in the other direction than your ball

stretch your arm and take a deep breath

while breathing out push the energy back in your body

end with the starting position.
